Description:

Sesame Street kept it simple... and incredibly well-informed. Cognitive behavioralists worked on the show to make sure kids stayed engaged and absorbed the elementary information. Memory Monsters is a nod to those simpler times and upholds the strategic learning goal with many repetitions, the use of ASL signs for kinetic memory engagement, engaging visuals, words on the screen, and funny voices to cover all learning styles. All that to say... Memory Monster makes memorizing scripture fun for the whole family! Binny and Koda guide the viewer through three parts of memorization and teach ASL signs, what they mean, and cover the context of the memory verse. ASL signs also provide an incredible bridge to the deaf community and non- or low-verbal speakers that use signs to communicate.

With a color palette only slightly updated from the vintage 70's Sesame Street, cute fuzzy puppets, and a playful theme, Memory Monsters tries to keep it simple. Using a throwback 70's splitscreen, puppets pop in and out surrounded by b-roll and words on the black background for a collage effect.
