Description:
In the land of Midst, Rin, a Knight of the Balance, uncovers a dire mystery that might upset the balance of this world forever. Now, he must seek the Truth amidst Shadow to redeem his world and possibly, his own soul. When he encounters a strange new creature, Rin, a stalwart Knight of the Scales, has his eyes opened to a whole new world. A world that could soon be destroyed, if he fails in his hunt.

Style:
Stylistically simple, but intentionally so, to resonate with the target audience’s love of Minecraft and Lego. Violence and fights happen and monsters abound, but they’re all stylized to reduce anything that might be overly scary or violent. Lush landscapes, lovely lighting, and cool settings will be part and parcel for this series, causing it to stand out, even amid its competitors.

Setting:
The land of Midst is a medieval style fantasy world rife with all the trappings thereof: magic, mystery, monsters, knights, skeletons, goblins, dragons, dungeons, ruins and more. It is a world brimming with the possibility of expiration and discovery, because while everything in Midst looks like what you might expect, there are some key differences that give everything a fresh and unique spin. The magic is not magic, for instance, but the power of vita, or life that can be wielded in ways that either serve the Balance or disrupt it. The Knights of the Balance are the heroes that help to save the world from tipping ever further into the Shadow, but the closer they get to the Shadow and the longer they are in its realm, the more susceptible they become to its cool, velvety call.
